Conditions of participation Winebuddys competition 2022

1. Organiser of this competition is Winebuddys GmbH & Co. KG, Alte Senffabrik, Neusser Straße 125, 40219 Düsseldorf, GermanyDie Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel ist freiwillig.
2. Participation in the competition is voluntary. Only persons who are at least 18 years old, permanently resident in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria or Switzerland and who have declared their consent to these conditions of participation, including the privacy policy, are eligible to participate.
3. Legal representatives and employees of Winebuddys GmbH & Co. KG and of the companies involved in the implementation of the prize draw or the prizes offered, as well as members of their families and households, are excluded from participating in the prize draw. Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG is entitled to immediately exclude participants from the prize draw for good cause. Such a reason is given in particular in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation and in the event of untrue personal details.
4. Only one entry per participant is possible in the competition, multiple entries are excluded. The repeated participation of a participant in the competition will result in his/her complete exclusion from the competition.
5. Winebuddys GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Winebuddys GmbH & Co. KG will make use of this option for factual reasons, in particular if the proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
6. Only the prize described in the competition will be awarded: 1 package with eight bottles of wine (selected by our wine expert, may differ from picture), sardines, olive oil and a waiter’s knife in connection with participation in the online tasting. The winner will receive the access data on the date of the online tasting.
7. Participation in the competition is possible via the website www.winebuddys.com/en/competition/. The prizes will only be awarded to participants who have completed all the entry fields required for participation in the competition fully, comprehensibly and correctly. The competition ends on 31.10.2022 at 23:59. After this time, participation is no longer possible. When entering via the winebuddys.com/en/competition/ website, the time of entry as recorded shall be decisive for the time of entry. Entries that are not received by Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG GmbH within the promotional period will not be considered. Winebuddys GmbH & Co. KG is not responsible for any delays in the transmission of the response and participant data.
8. The winner will be chosen at random from all participants after the closing date. The winner of the prize will be notified promptly by e-mail using the further details provided during registration. 9. Between the moment of participation and the draw, Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG is entitled to inform participants by email about the status of the competition, details of the prize drawn and its relation to Winebuddys. In addition, participants who have not won will also receive a notification with further information.
10. The prize (enjoyment package and access data) will be handed over by Winebuddys GmbH & Co. KG or by an authorised third party. Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG is entitled to pass on the winner’s details to the relevant agent in order to enable the prize to be handed over. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his/her name as well as picture and video material from the tasting may be published by Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG, such as on winebuddys.com and the Winebuddys social channels. The wine package will be sent by post and the winner will receive the access data for the tasting by e-mail – provided that all the details have been entered correctly. The invitation of further participants to the event is the responsibility of the winner.
11. A cash payment of the non-cash assets or an exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.
12. The decisions of Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG are final. Requests in this regard cannot be answered. Winebuddys GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to suspend the competition completely or temporarily if any difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.
