Road trip Guide (m/F/d)
YOUR TASKS
- As a road trip guide, you are the first contact person for our travel groups and their CEO – Chief Experience Officer.
- Together with our Head of Portugal you plan tours and lead them with the guests
- You develop new ideas for events and enjoyment highlights
- You lead our travel groups confidently from highlight to highlight and take care of their wishes and concerns
- You organize in coordination with our partners the course of the individual program points and pay attention to the right mixture of relaxation and punctuality
- You are a chauffeur, tour guide, world explainer, taster and, of course, a reliable Winebuddy at all times
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Your expertise: You have experience in tourism, events or guest services. You know a bit about wine and good food. You are fluent in Portuguese as well as English or German.
- Your mindset: You want to give our guests a perfect travel experience. You are perfect at organizing and are not satisfied until everyone is happy.
- Your way of working: You are communicative, service-oriented and decisive. Unexpected events do not throw you off track, because you are a talent for improvisation.
